I Am A 62 Yo Male And Have Been Taking

I am a 62 yo male and have been taking GNC Colon Pure for over 2 months along with a 25 billion CFU probiotic on a daily basis. I have begun to experience a "fluttering/spasm" sensation on my right side abdomen the last 2 days. It's not painful but very annoying and will last from a few seconds to several minutes. My bowel movements are regular though I have experienced some gas and bloating. Any ideas?
