I Am A 62 Yr Old White Woman, About 195

I am a 62 yr old white woman, about 195 lb , have arthritis in fingers, bone spurs in alot of body, previous back surgery 2001, hysterectomy 1980 , appendectomy 1982, exploratory abdominal surgery 1984 with benigh cysts (21 one side and 6 cm other side on ovaries ) ---2008 diagnosed with pernecious anemia and take injections at home b12 2 x month or as needed & currently ok on b 12 -- over years have broken several bones and e rays show have multiple bone spurs through out my body with arthritis fusing my fingers -----current problem is a mystery that my gp does not know what to make of and waiting to see different doctor, but I am uneasy about waiting due to increasing petechia and unable to do activities of daily living without aid of pain meds to get up and moving since the problems started --- what kind of doctor do I need to make appt with and do you think I am ok to wait for appt Aug 5 ----currently unsure if on right course for illness ---ILLNESS ---Sept 2014 treated by gp as tick fever with about dozen each lower leg of petechia circled by white halos & symptoms of fatique and tick bite and given doxycycline for 30 days , no blood work & all went away and seemed fine----again June 17 , 2015 went to gp due to return of about dozen each leg white halos with petechia on lower legs & assumed tick fever again, am EXTREMELY tired, leg BONES HURT bad LIKE a tooth ache ---he agreed tick fever again ---put on doxycycline for 30 days and said if not go away would do blood work ---/// --July 6 I returned to gp very tired, weak, laying around 24/7 with no energy, chills, whole body aches, headaches, bad nausua, petechia multiplying daily & more coming up on elbows and starting on body----did blood work and sent home on doxycycline --gp said he was stumped as the meds should be taking care of any tick illness ---////// July 7 I returned to dr to go over blood test & showed him more petechia since day before --cbc with rbc and wbc showed normal --was told rmsf showed neg --was told all EBV tests elevated --EBV early antigen ab,lgG 28.9 // EBV Ab VCA lgG 193. // EBV Nuclear Antigen Ab, lgG 201. ---hurting in all bone joints (ankles, knees, elbows, lymph nodes swollen, neck stiffness, eye whites been red for about 9 months when hot or shower , legs hurt so bad can barely stand and have to rest often in day, they feel like tingling feeling (like when you have a sunburn and are chilled ), swelling only slight in ankles at night, walking is tiring as feels like sandbags on feet --I have a home business & ---low dose pain meds keeping me on feet to work a few hours daily ---gp said I have Epstein Barr virus and rocky mountain spotted fever & sending me to infectious disease control Dr ---that specialist Dr only works 1/2 day 1 x per week and next appt is Aug 5 --- I am worried that the illness is progressing and I might need further treatment immediately and worried about waiting that long ----I have had diagnosed pernecious anemia for about 7 yrs and take injections at home of b 12 and increased the dose to be sure that not problem back in June --am on synthroid & take daily multi vitamine that have taken for years ---I am too tired to work all day -- can't do much of anything but rest -- EXTREMELY tired, now itchy, bones in whole body intermittently painful like bad tooth ache --still on doxycycline ---been on internet nightly looking for any links to check out --(didn't itch, but since July 12 been starting to itch -been on doxycycline since June 17 --I had mono when teenager in 7th grade so bad damaged my liver and out of school for weeks & understand you can't have it but once --) what do you think my next move should be ???---
