I Am A 63 Year Old Lady, Not Overweight, Doesn't

I am a 63 year old lady, not overweight, doesn't smoke, looks after her health; however, I am experiencing, on a few occasional days, a quick pinch like feeling or slight sting, at times recently. I am 5'1 inch and the feeling is usually in the lower leg area and also the ankle. Are their any reason I should be concerned
