I Am A 63 Year Old Man And I Am

I am a 63 year old man and I am experiencing constant back pain. For this pain I have taken pain killers over the counter including tramadol, ibuprofen, meloxicam, rub downs, none have helped. I have a sharp burning pain in the lungs and also pain when breathing. The doctors have sent me to get physical therapy which I have and there has been no relief.
