I Am A 63 Yr Old Female Going Through The

I am a 63 yr old female going through the change of life, although I had a hysterectomy in 2000. I am on a 0.01 hormone patch twice a week. FYI Now...... My problem: three weeks ago I felt a knot on my neck (located about 1 inch down & 1 inch back from my right ear on my neck. It is about the size of a knuckle it feels solid. It is not sore. What is your answer. Thanks
