I Am A 63 Yr.old White Female. I Am Due

I am a 63 yr.old white female. I am due to have my yearly gyn. visit next month. I have not had a monthly period for approximately 13 yrs. and have never had a bad result from my yearly gyn. tests. Today I did a vinegar douche for cleansing and started bleeding after the douche. The bleeding is not heavy but is consistent. What should I think of this?
