I Am A 64 Year Old Female. I Have Had

I am a 64 year old female. I have had a "twitching-like" in my left breast for two days now. It is not painful but a little annoying. I checked my bp yesterday and it was 141/73. I tend to have higher bp. My mother died at age 49 with a heart attach and I have numerous family members with heart disease. I don't know if this is something to be concerned about or not.
