I Am A 64 Year Old Female Who Has Tightness

I am a 64 year old female who has tightness in my urethra. I went to a urologist and was dilated but I am still having the problem. According to my urinalysis I have no infection. He said if it doesn't get better it is probably from my dropped bladder. I just don't feel this is the cause. Can you give me any suggestions?
