I Am A 64 Yo White Male With Type 2
I am a 64 yo white male with type 2 diabetes and low level (T1) Prostate Cancer.
Diabetes is under control for the most part. Consistently around 7.7 A1C no long
term effects revealed in labs.
My question has to do with my prostate. I am unable to void my bladder and constantly leaking.
I had a procedure called a TERP I believe quite a few years back when first diagnosed and it helped
but seeing the same effects again. I am wondering if I should have the procedure done again. Also I am uncircumcised and I feel this makes the leaking worse do to trapped urine in foreskin. I am tired of smelling like urine. Can I have the TERP and a Circumsicision done at the same time?
