I Am A 64 Yr Old Female Diagnosed With Hypertrophied

I am a 64 yr old female diagnosed with hypertrophied anal papillae that protrudes during bowel movement. Removal has been recommended. What is the best procedure? Also have a small rectocele that doesn't require immediate treatment. Would it be better to fix both at once?
