I Am A 64 Yr. Old White Male, Smoke 1-2

I am a 64 yr. old white male, smoke 1-2 cigars a day and have developed a clear blister on my uvala and throat is blotchy with red spots. It does not hurt but swallowing can be difficult.I have a constant sinus drainage being somewhat pink in color in the a.m. Hot coffee seems to be somewhat of a relief.
