I Am A 65 Year Old Man . I Have

I am a 65 year old man . I have a pacemaker and am waiting on eye surguery Friday to remove an oil bubble from a retnia tear. I am on blood thinner. I just fell 10 ft. and hit my butt on a corner of a bucket. I did not hit my head the pain is in the fatty part of the butt. mined you I only weight 155 and I am 6 ft. It is hurting I just put an ice pack on it. My family Doctor is not in today. Not sure if I should go to er?
