I Am A 65 Year Old White Male. I Had

I am a 65 year old white male. I had a TIA 6 days ago. I weigh 330 lbs at 5'11'' tall. My BP was 200/120 when taken at hospital. I was prescribed LACINAPRIL 10 mg & ATROVASTATIN calcium 10mg & ASPRIN (ASA) 81mg enteric coated once a day. My question is I heard along with diet and exercise APPLE CIDER VINAGER can help reduce weight and lower BP. Is that true and can it hurt?
