I Am A 65 Year Old With An Active Sex

I am a 65 year old with an active sex life with a partner from my past.
I am continually ( third time in Two months) ending up with vaginal/ bladder infection. Sore around the vaginal opening and odor when urinating. Urge to urinate frequently.
I would like t know of anything that might prevent these symptoms.
I am a Breast cancer survivor with estrogen positive tumors in 2008. I am cancer free at this time.
