I Am A 65 Yo Old Woman Who Has Been

I am a 65 yo old woman who has been a sun worshipper. I have sun spots all over and every summer more pop up. I noticed one had a white head on it that needed to be popped- it actuaaly tv felt like a stone was under the surface. So I squeezed it and now have this raised lump that has a white scab in the center it seems to be drying up but it's the size of a dime. Should I get it checked?
