I Am A 65 Yr Old Woman. I Have Several

I am a 65 yr old woman. I have several medical issues and I am hoping you can help. I have rls, a pacemaker, depression, chronic kidney disease stage 3, I have a small protruding disc aound l4 or l5 which surgery is not needed, I have low back pain that is in the left buttocks and goes down the whole left leg and I pass out at different times. My passing out will last 30 sec to 1 min and I could pass out as many as 3 times a week. It is not my blood pressure now as it was 2 years ago I had syncope and was in the hospital a total of 5 weeks. I am on alot of different medicines which have been cleared by my Drs. m
