I am a 66-year-old female. I have a warm, swollen, and painful area on the inside of my right elbow, like a deep bruise but only very slightly pink. Has been there three days with no change. Pain is not in the joint; only in area next to the joint. I was carrying retainer wall stones and bags of gravel and doing yard work beforehand, but don't remember hitting or straining the area.
