I Am A 66 Year Old Female With Chronic Diarrhea

I am a 66 year old female with chronic diarrhea since my early 30's. Was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis then. After dozens and dozens colonoscopies through the years and different gastroenterologists diagnosis', some say it is IBS. No dietary or physiological circumstances seem to make it worse. It has become a debilitating, life altering condition as it seems to come from nowhere. I have taken numerous prescriptions without any relief except taking entocort for one week, which eliminated the problem for about a month. I was given a prescription of it about 2 years ago and it had absolutely no affect whatsoever. It is embarrassing AND exhausting. It is only water most of the time now and I rarely leave my home for any length of time. How can I make it stop??
