I am a 66 year old male. Weight is 198 pounds and about 5' 10". My weight usually is around 185. My blood pressure usually has been running normal of 80/120 and better until about the last year. Generally I am quite fit from long distance kayaking, long distance hiking, and long distance bicycling up to 100 miles a day. I do have a little problem with varicose veins in my left leg and am taking a baby aspirin a day for the last several months. The aspirin has stopped the occasional clot , not deep thrombosis. The problem, for the last year,y blood pressure has been climbing and is all over the place from close to normal to 190/103. For the last week the bottom number has been consistently between 84-94.
