I Am A 67 Year Old Female. Yesterday Afternoon After

I am a 67 year old female. Yesterday afternoon after walking around a mall I began having inner groin vibrations. At first I thought it was my cell phone, but then realized it was not touching me. These vibrations are present while sitting, laying and standing. They literally feel like vibrations. They are not affected by my breathing, but seem to kind of goo with my heart beat. I have had VNUS closures of both legs sealing the veins from the know to the groin. That was about 10 yrs ago and this is the first time I have experienced this. I am under a lot of stress right now. Also have some familial tremor on the writing hand as do my brother and sisters. Grandfather had Parkinson's Disease. What direction should I head with this, cardiology, neurology or vascular surgeon? My only prescription is a proton pump inhibitor.
