I Am A 67 Year Old Female With No History

I am a 67 year old female with no history of allergies, except seasonal. About a week ago, saw my physician for possible sinusitis (swollen sinuses). Began using Flonase in addition to Zyrtec. No change. This morning, woke up with pretty severe pain and swelling inside my mouth. Took some Benedryl this afternoon, but that hasn't helped. Your recommendation?
