I Am A 67 Year Old Woman Who Has Been

I am a 67 year old woman who has been on HRT for many years. My plan was to go off at 70 when I retire. I am not typically impulsive but I cold-turkeyed going off the estriadol patch and kept taking the 100 mgs of micronized progesterone. l and did fine until the past few weeks. I'm now using 1/2 patch and still taking the 100 mg of micronized progesterone. I do have an appointment with my primary care physician next week but wanted to hear some other opinions as well.
