I Am A 68 Year Old Female. Weight 200, Height

I am a 68 year old female. Weight 200, height 5'6". Currently taking 1000 mg metformin for Type II diabetes and Crestor 10 mg. Normally healthy and still working in a office. Today, I experienced feeling very hot, light headed/faint, and then felt dizzy. I sat down and the heat and dizziness went away, but I have a dull headache in the lower back of my head. I took 1 500 mg Tylenol and it helped some, but the dull ache is still there. I've tried eating my sandwich and some of the symptoms have lessened.
I have never had these symptoms before. Should I be worried? What else should I be on the lookout for?
