I Am A 68 Yrs Old Male. Now I Feel

I am a 68 yrs old male. Now I feel severe neck pain n shoulder. I have has Cervical Spine MRI. Here is the result: The degenerative disc, uncovertebral joint and facet joint changes predominantly at the disc C5/6 and C6/7 levels result in some severe neural foraminal stenosis on the left. There is no significant central canal stenosis.
What is the best way to settle this symptom.
