I Am A 69 Year Old Female In Good Health,

I am a 69 year old female in good health, 5'4" 137 lbs. I just experienced a squeezing pressing sensation that was extremely uncomfortable in the area from above my right breast to the right shoulder socket that lasted less than a minute. I awoke a few weeks with this same sensation on the left side in the corresponding area. What could this be? I've had digestive issues that's being examined by my primary care doctor...could this be related to that?
