I Am A 69 Year Old Male On Bp Meds

I am a 69 year old male on bp meds 100 hydralazin 3 times a day, lisinnopril 40 mg ea morn, my bp is around 130/51 doing day recently I wake up with aa pluse of 33 for 1st three hrs after I take morrn meds and move around then my pluses will stay between 58 to 80 depending on my activity and until I wake up. I feel fine other a stiff neck .
