I Am A 69 Year Old White Female And I

I am a 69 year old white female and I think I have scabies. Ive been exposed and am in a panic. I have rash and itching. My grandchildren have it. My daughter gave me a lotion (Sklice) Ivermection which her doctor presccribed for their family. She said to put the lotion all over from scalp to feet. The tube says "For topical use on the scalp hair and scalp only." Should I use it on my body also? I have Lupus and Sjorgrens disease and have a lot of itching anyway.But this is driving me crazy.
