I Am A 69 Year Old Woman And Have Developed

I am a 69 year old woman and have developed a rash, starting on my hand and spreading to my arms, legs neck, face and chest. It had gotten progressively worse over 6 days, and iches and burns. There is heat included with the rash. I have tiny blisters. I had a shingles shot about 16 years ago. I also have a history of cold sores. The question: since I have been vaccinated, could it be shingles? To complicate the matter I am on vacation and won't be near my PC for several weeks.
