I Am A 69-years Old White Female Looking For A

I am a 69-years old white female looking for a supplement that is a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids. I have taken fish oil in the past but have heard that krill oil is better. I do eat foods rich in Omegas as well but I believe I should increase by intake with a supplement, too. Also, how much should be taken on a daily basis? Thank you for your advice.
