I Am A 69 Yr.old Man With Recurring Itchy Feet

I am a 69 yr.old man with recurring itchy feet and hands quit frequently at night. It is random in occurance and goes away after a few hours usually. It is maddening! I do not have any of the skin irritation reasons many of the web sites target such as Scabies, athletes foot, rash, etc.It is from the inside out .
I do have allergies for which I receive allergy shots, some lower level liver function scores, have been ruled out for diabetes as well. No doctor will bother to search for an answer.
