I Am A 70 Year Old Male. I Have Had

I am a 70 year old male. I have had chronic back pain for five years. 18 months ago I had three disks removed. I am currently taking 30 mg of oxycodone 3-4 times daily. A friend has had a morphien pump put in and has had excellent results with pain. I am wondering if it would be better for me. ?? What are side effects and how would I quit the Oxycodone?
