I Am A 70 Yr Old Woman Who Experiences Blurred

I am a 70 yr old woman who experiences blurred or double vision from 2 to 6 times a day. My vision just goes away for seconds or few minutes. Last weekend I experienced a feeling of being turned upside down. I don't have cataracts, inner ears are clear. My symptoms are more amen more frequent.

Is this a neurological condition?
