I Am A 71 Year Old Female On Synthyroid 50mgs

I am a 71 year old female on synthyroid 50mgs per day (multinodular goiter) - metoporal succinate 25 mgs.per day for paroxysmal svt - and prolia 2 doses (4 mons awayfrom 3rd dose) have BPPV , large perforation of left eardrum (airflow problem with left eardrum ) tinnitus in that ear BP is normally between 120 - 135 over 62 - 65 - also have cervical spondoloysis with bi-lateral myelopathy c-5 c-6- had a momentary dizzy spell yesterday when I slightly turned head to check traffic - then later my right hand felt like I had hit my elbow and hand felt fuzzy - today I feel terrible kinda like my system is being flooded with adrenaline don't know what to do
