I Am A 71 Yr. Old Male.i Have P.A D.and

I am a 71 yr. old male.i have P.A D.and have a fem to fem. I have just been diagnosed as having type2 diabetes and I am taking farxiga,10mg. Once day and Bydureon inj. Once week. For the last few days I have been having pain in my testicles. Have not talked to my doctor. What do you suggest?
