I Am A 72 Year Old Female In Good Health.

I am a 72 year old female in good health. I have been having stabbing pains in my lower right side, starting this am. They started to increase in pain and more often in the past hour or so. I have had 3-4 in the past 15 minutes.
Until then they were off and on most of the day, I still have my appendic.
I have never had gall or kidney stones, do have periodic acid reflux.
