I Am A 73 Year Old Male And Very Recently

I am a 73 year old male and very recently had to carry a very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs. On the following days I have felt an aching in my right leg from the right glut down to my ankle. The aching is continuous and does not let me get much sleep. This has been going on for three days. Is it justmuscle ache or is this something that I need to see a physician for?
