I am a 73 year old white female. At a recent routine visit with my family physician a low heart rate was discovered. Blood work was ordered and completed - everything was normal with two small variations of no consequence. I'm keeping a journal of readings from my monitor over the last week - lows of 49 and 50 on resting and working on the computer, high of 92 after vacuuming, most readings in the 60's. When I'm relaxing or on the computer, I usually sit on my bed propped on pillows - legs up.
