I Am A 74 Year Old Female. I Was Diagnosed

I am a 74 year old female. I was diagnosed and treated for myasthenia gravis in January 2014. I have had a total of 10 plasmapheresis treatments since then. I am just recovering from a uti infection and a respiratory infection. My mg seems to be under control, but I still have swallowing issues from time to time. I currently take a total daily 240 mg mestinon and 1000 mg daily of mycophenolate. Is it likely that I could aspirate? I worry about it. Occasionally I will swallow food like a strand of spaghetti before I' m ready to swallow.
