I Am A 74-year Old Woman With Severe Degenerative Disc

I am a 74-year old woman with severe degenerative disc and joint disease. I have osteopenia and osteoporosis. I have had 1 hip replacement, 6 hip revisions (inept surgeons), 1 knee replacement and 1 fracture of my tibia. I suffered a 2-1/2 yr (undiagnosed) Staphylococcus Epidermidis in 2011 and have been treated for a Staphylococcus MSSA for almost 2 years. My CRP remains elevated and I continue to be anemic from the inflammation. I also suffer from depression and anxiety, for which I am seen and receive psycotrophics. Can you suggest a vitamin and mineral regime I should be on?
