I Am A 75 Year Old Healthy Female And Have

I am a 75 year old healthy female and have had the following problem for several years. I get gas pains in the right side of my back and belching does not relieve the pain. I have had many kinds of tests run I.e. X-rays, ct scan, ultrasound, gall bladder checked, liver, and many more. My doctors can not determine what causes the problem and the many medications prescribed does not relieve. Has anyone else had this issue and can your team of Doctors tell what is causing this problem.
