I Am A 76 Year Old Female. I Started Taking

I am a 76 year old female. I started taking clindamycin 300 mg capsules on Friday for a crowned tooth that kept aching. I am having a low grade temp, aching, and chilling. A couple of other wedsites state that you should contact your doctor with these symptoms and considers them serious. Your web site does not. In your opinion, should I be concerned and stop taking or ignore symptons?
