I Am A 76 Year Old Man With Ongoing BHP

I am a 76 year old man with Ongoing BHP symptoms. I am other fit and active. I had Green Light Laser surgery approx 5 years ago which initially lead to an improved outcome but most of the symptoms are still evident. I am contemplating TURP surgery to overcome a prolapsed prostate. I still enjoy occasional sex with my wife and wonder what effect further surgery would have. My PSA is low at 1.5 and I currently take Flomaxtria to ease my symptoms. Can you tell me more about the result of the combined medication - Durodart? Thank you.
