I Am A 76 Yr. Old Female Diagnosed With MSA-c,

I am a 76 yr. old female diagnosed with MSA-c, possibly cerebellar ataxia, also with double vision, gastroparesis and walking instability and some orthostatic hypotension. Lately I have shortness of breath, but how do you distinguish between heart failure and MSA as being the cause of said symptom?
