I am a 77 years old woman and would like to lose 10 lbs in a healthy way. Is a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and perhaps fish and nuts and seeds a good choice avoiding carbohydrates? I suspect that I gained the extra lbs because of a rather sedentary lifestyle. Please advise.
