I Am A 77 Yr Old Female, Who Tripped And

I am a 77 yr old female, who tripped and hit my head and I was knocked out. I had a MRI and it stated that I have a mild to moderate cerebral and cerebellar volume loss, also, a mild microvascular ischemic change.
What does that mean, and what can I do about it? Thank you.
