I Am A 78year Old And Fell On My Right

I am a 78year old and fell on my right shoulder. I got up and got my son to take me to an urgeant care facility. They took x-ray and said there was nothing broken.They diagnosed that I had a stain of my AC joint.They told me to put an ice pack on it if it starts swelling. I have no swelling but I can't lift it very high at all. do you have any advice.
