I am a 79 year old female. I have been diagnosed with PD, parkinsonsism, and who knows what in the PD catagory. It is without a doubt looking at my hands and back, knees etc. that I also enjoy the symptoms of osteoarthritis, and although I test RA negative, medical wisdom from my home area to Dallas believe in the presence of some form of autoimmune arthritis of one type or another. My skin is a mess with the dermatologists each naming and/or biopsy reports of one skin disorder or another just about everywhere. So it seems a bit silly to worry about bladder discomfort and all that that implies, but since it is uncomfortable at times, I am curious. I've been told by the hospital ER that they found a few white cells in my specimen and a few weeks after hospital release I was in real bladder pain. Home Health took care of obtaining a specimen, which after being cultured,I was sent out a 5 day supply of the same antibiotic I had previously been given to take after leaving the hospital and also had only finished a 5 day supply about two weeks after leaving the hospital. As I say, at my age etc. I guess it doesn't matter to anyone, but it does to me. I have been to a local urologist who acted like I had no business taking up his time, so I'm a lttle turned off to that avenue of discovery too. Thank you for listening! Julia
