I Am A CM With A Patient On Eliquis, D/t

I am a CM with a patient on Eliquis, d/t pulmonary embolisms. She is having severe pain 8/10 during the day and 10/10 at night. She has 4 more months on the med and is concerned that the pain won't go away when she is done. Will the pain resolve when Eliquis is D/c and how long should it take.
