I Am A Dibatic Patient Using SugametMC 500 After Breakfast

I am a Dibatic patient using SugametMC 500 after breakfast and between diner.
My blood Sugar is Fasting: 93 and PP 154. Iam taking this medicine for last two months.
What could be side effect and what is the prevention.
Please advise.
