I Am A Health Aide At An Elementary School. I

I am a Health Aide at an Elementary School. I had a student with a outbreak of white raised bumps resembling herpes or wart like bumps. They are not clusters but scattered and are located on the back of the thigh and calf. Some were dried bloody crusty. The parent said it was a virus and her sister had the contacted the same virus. I am puzzled to find anything resembling what I saw today. Any suggestions on what to look for in way of a photo?
